The 2026 Season
Our 140th summer of worship
Services are held Sundays at 10 AM from July 5 through September 6, 2026, led this season by Rev. Hugh MacKenzie and Rev. Kevin Williams. We are nondenominational — every tradition, every background, every question is welcome in our pews.
Music has defined Elberon Memorial since 1886. Organist Tim Broege leads a professional quartet, joined through the summer by guest soloists and instrumentalists, closing each season with a Labor Day finale of quartet and violin.

The Instrument
The Hilborne Roosevelt organ
Built by Hilborne L. Roosevelt of New York — cousin to a future president and the most celebrated American organ builder of his day — the instrument has sounded here since the church's earliest seasons. Sixteen stops controlling 988 pipes speak into hand-carved casework, a benchmark of 19th-century American craftsmanship that organists still travel to play.
